By accessing or using Pomodoro Zen ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pomodoro Zen provides a Pomodoro-style focus timer, statistics, and optional features such as cloud sync and a calendar heatmap. Some features require a Pro subscription or a connected Google account.
You may use the Service with or without an account. When you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Pro features are billed through Lemon Squeezy. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms and our subscription offer. Refund requests should be directed per the checkout or Lemon Squeezy policy.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the timer or statistics.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
